I contacted Quaid Harley-Davidson to learn the process of riding a motorcycle, referred by a friend. From the start I was directed to take a 2 day safety course off site to learn the basic fundamentals, and actually see if this was something I was interested in. After my safety class, i reached out to jeremiah and brandon letting them my my thoughts, and was given amazing advice and they had the perfect Harley RGS for me. Coming in for the first time, Jeremiah spent time with me talking about everything from life to the bike and how to ride, making me more comfortable as the RGS was very intimidating. After a short time we were planning the delivery of the bike to my house and I was riding that night. All the staff here made me feel comfortable and at home, like family.
