Bought my bike a month or so ago from Quaid. Only reason I went there was because of B. Glad I did, great decision. All Quaid staff was on top of it and ready to help. Didnt feel pressured and got a great deal on a bike I absolutely LOVE. B has even followed up with me beyond the pre sale and post sale.
