Well, I decided to trade in my bike for a newer and faster one during the worst time possible. This whole COVID-19 thing wouldve hindered most places from doing/completing trade deals and ending relationships mid sale.. but not at Quaid Harley! Salesman Rich was in constant communication with me throughout the deal and made me feel like family. Rich was professional and patient with all of my random questions and texts, especially with trying to secure add on parts for my new bike during this whole mandatory quarantine thing. Rich was also considerate in suggesting that I come down on a different day because he knew I would get drenched from the rain on our originally planned meet date. Owner Brandon Quaid was also awesome for letting the deal take place. Brandon went out of his way to invite me to the temporarily closed shop and finish the deal. Brandon also was nice enough to throw in some awesome free Quaid merchandise. Most owners only care about getting their money, but Brandon wanted to make sure I was happy and that I was getting the best deal possible. Her name wasnt in the drop down menu but another employee that was great was Kelly who helped square away all of the paperwork and helped put a smile on my face. Law enforcement/ first responder friendly which unfortunately also seems like a rarity nowadays. Quaid has definitely gained a lifetime customer with me! (Employee: Brandon Quaid, Rich Huerta)
