I recently had my 17' RoadKing serviced at Quaid for a blown fork seal. There was a small but correctable error that had occurred and with the help of Jeremiah Wolfe (who by the way was the salesperson who sold me the RoadKing) and Jimmy Todorovitch, Quaid's service manager, the error was resolved quickly and professionally. My hat is off to Quaid for having two dedicated employees in Jimmy and Jeremiah who go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and in making things right.
