Every member of the parts crew has always been great to deal with every time at Quaid. Always knowledgeable and personable. Alot of times above and beyond. This time was another. First time really dealing with Jose today and that was because of a return he needed to handle. I work alot like most and finally a day off to address a bad part on my bagger Ive had to put off for awhile. Returned the part, with no hassles or issues. Made my day off smooth and no time wasted.
